The Building Inspections Department enforces the NC building codes for the residents of Greene County to provide protection and safety for their well being.
The inspectors review construction plans and issue permits pertaining to this information.
The inspectors provide inspections for new construction sites, as well as renovations and mobile homes. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
